got it from some mob on the beach a villager named "retired buccaneer"
he wasnt agressive
is it used for anything>

 

for imperial parties since that was added more than a year ago.

 

Im guessing nothing considering it is a junk item

Imperial is a guild. One of the best actually. Atleast it used to be.

Unless a quest has changed without me realizing it, I can tell you with almost absolute certainty that it's not used for anything.

 

Imperial is the guild that used to be lead by biomage then by bank then by kv and now I lead it. We were part of legio and lead Valkyrie and were #3 on the leaderboard. We are glitched (cant do wars) since a year ago so all we do now is talk, run around and throw random events and mini events.
