Point is, a strong class should be able to get strong without depending on outside help. How do we know he obtained those diamond accessories solo? I sure can't.

 

Archers are not weak in general. That's... just a fact. Archer is a good candidate for the highest damage in the game, with the other one being Assassin. Archer also has the best range (something Assassin isn't good in) in the game and great mobility (something that say, Shaman is bad at). You are still yet to show those insane DPS Warrior builds.

 

Probably because they don't own a cata or have an lvl 100 assassin account.

 

Who the hell cares for range when like all the end game bosses are also ranged?

I just said I can't get pass silver on LI and now you expect me to clear the corrupted undergrowth ruins. Point is, I consider myself an average archer player, and cannot beat bosses or clear areas players my level should be able to clear easily. If the I, the average archer, needs a full team of 100 mythic wielding mages to keep me alive so I can maybe stand a chance against the Eye until i get the OP items needed to do so solo, I require buff.

archer has actually been nerfed this year, fairly recently, in light of their strength.
wynncraft was very cunning with this nerf-- they buffed a TON of items, and even added nighthawk in an incredibly broken state, as a coverup for the overarching nerf of this class.
however, a very astute player discovered the nerf: two weapons you lose.

due to the loss of your most powerful weapon and a crossbow, the game became substantially more difficult for the archer mains out there.

i am assuming your current predicament is due to the aforementioned nerf.

fear not, however! the incredible wynncraft QA team is hard at work in bug reports, never fear.

i am sure once you regain your two weapons all will be fine.


additionally, archer is not comparatively weak. as i am sure you know, as you seem like a well-read wynncraft player, many players are unaware of the power of the spin attack.

why am i speaking about the assassin class? because, due to the limited amount of highly skillful players able to use assassin effectively, many people have ceased playing it, as the amount of skill required to play the assassin was devastating. these now classless players sought other classes, and many chose the archer-- you may even be one of these!

due to the influx of new archer players, many new items were added and buffs were made, such as nighthawk. this allows for much easier archer gameplay, which served as a buff to overall archer dps.




tl;dr: never fear, your two weapons might have been lost but due to the spin attack being underrated archer has been buffed and all will be fine.

Doesn't excuse from the fact that getting hit once by a stray whatever the bosses launch either knocks out 80-95% of your hp or just instakills you. At least the other classes know how to take a hit.

Full morph. I tried to branch out with shit like the nighthawk and Aquarius, tackles LI and died to Mummyboard in three hits. As for my bow, I’m using the Cluster.
