What I'm saying is, there is nothing wrong with what you made. I fully understand that it was a joke (and I like it, too). And I'm taking the opposite side, having never fought the Ultimate Orange Wybel. I'm in the Wybel Protection Services (I just made that up!). After tackling the Orange One, I may even change sides. In any event, what you made is fair use.

exactly what i think,i liked wybels too,but since people started to act like if they were the best thing this world has received,i felt like wybels lost all their cuteness and became like dogs,yes htey are good animals,but man they arent enough awesome for deserve all this

As far as complaints regarding the use of my art, I don't think it was mentioned many times in this thread? I wasn't going to comment after I saw that I was tagged because I honestly can't take this thread seriously xD but I feel like I'm obligated to give a word since after all, this is my art.

Moe, what you are saying is correct, even more so in this situation since the art I make for Wynncraft is under WC's ownership. I frankly don't understand why you keep bringing up your lecture on legal art laws since nobody is taking legal action here...? In my experience, if someone does ask for this kind of post to be taken down, it's often out of hope that the poster has respect for the artists' wishes rather than some kind of legal law regarding the use of their art. No, they are not legally required to, but there's never harm in asking. Depending on the person and the art, it's rather crushing when the work you put so much time into is being reposted and used and you are getting zero credit for it, so discomfort is not unfounded. If they refuse however, you should just leave it. You have no legal ground to force them to remove the art, and it's honestly not worth your time. Most of the people I've met and talked to about this kind of thing have courteously complied, so that's super cool ^^

I've been doing digital art for around three years. This happens a lot more than you'd think. It's an inevitability that sadly comes with being a digital artist. If I were to flip my shit every single time someone disses my art or makes a meme out of it I'd probably be brain dead by now.

As for this. Well, I think the joke is overused and frankly not funny to me and I'm a bit sad that Your Work has become 24% memes and shitposts. No, it's not "attacking" anyone nor is it against the rules. If you don't like it, you should just leave it. Sadly, all this attention will probably lead to more of these posts.

There is absolutely no reason that you should call out for a member no matter what your opinion of them may be.
If you honestly feel like there is a problem with people then it is your obligation to report them and not stand by.

I don't believe that you realize that I can't just flick a switch and things will be better, change takes time especially when it comes to teenagers. If we were to just be hard asses the entire time it would not help at all and actually make everyone's attitude towards each other a lot worse. Besides, the community isn't absolute shit, there are some good people in here that do care, don't generalize the entire community if you only see a part of it that you want to see.

I agree to some degree that Wynncraft is a game and it's supposed to be fun, not something that people fight over however this is not the right way to fix these issues.
