I start reading it, if someone comes up to me I'll show them the parchment

 

Althea: "How human, to shoveth your hand into a dark place without a tell why. It would have been tragic indeed if that hast been a manner of sorcery. But oh well- what did thee find?"

She'd step over to the barrel area to take a look.

 

Liun:"I found this pouch in the barrel it had a parchment in it" I open it and start reading it

 

"I thought you were stealing the beer."
Seeing as there is nothing of intrest in here, I'll run up ahead into the next room.

I continue to go left towards the darnkness.
Knaal:"Guys follow me we should continue."

 

Liun:''I'll catch you guys once I'm done reading this, I'm better long range anyways''

There's another, similar, rat corpse with ash on it.

 

I'll pass the corpse going further left, I have my sword and shield up so if something attacks my I attack back.
Knaal:"Guys, follow me! I'll need some help if anything attacks me!"

 

It's a cave. Just a natural cave. But why is it a cave? Why is a cave connected to the Grinning Ghost's cellar?

 

I go after Knaal reading the parchment on the way probably bumping in a wall once or, twice trying to move while reading isnt easy(just open the parchment spoiler)

 

You and Knaal go forward into the cave, and see a man in red robes stained with ash and a creature made of magma. You can now see the hall better, because there's torches on the wall.
Man: "What are you doing here?"

There's also a guy with a large, flaming staff and a second robed guy.

 

Knaal:"My question is, what are you doing here? Liun get ready to fight!"

Is that initiative before or after your DEX modifier?

 

OOC Knaal:"Dude I have like 18 AC you better not mess with me!"
