Elzen cautiously walks over the fence remains and takes a look around in the room the bear was trapped in

 

Erevan starts, and looks at you
Erevan: "The sword is in some sort of ritual chamber, with an altar and a pentagram. To one side is a wooden crate that holds the sword. There are two tunnels leading to and fro the room. So let us continue."

Erevan (Telepathy): "According to my information, before anyone can claim the blade, they must use it. What does that mean?"

 

Elzen: "How do you know this?"

Spoiler: Erevan only

(Telepathy) "Perhaps they must use the ritual chamber to conduct a ritual, possibly involving the sword. But I do not know for sure, that was just a guess."

 

Erevan gives you a meaningful look, both a little regretful and apologetic

"What did you do?"

Elzen: "Lead the way" and will follow Erevan

 

Erevan: ”I have no idea how to get to the room, I just know what it looks like.”

Erevan: ”We will see.”

Erevan goes back to the initial room behind the fence and takes the second tunnel (not the one leading to the underground lake)
