Erevan follows Elzen. (What he does now)

 

Elzen: "Liun is injured so he should get some rest, even if only for an hour. Something will have created that cave that something will be powerful, you don't just move a few tons of rocks; we may encounter the thing that did this. Let Liun rest for an hour so he can heal some of his injuries, or at least let Val'tash heal him."

 

Niryes: "I'll stay back here too. I could probably help with the resting."
(Translate: extra 1d6 hit dice)

 

Elzen starts a short rest if no one else says anything. Although I think that @ThomAnn100 and @BlueSlimerino will have something to say

 

"What if there's a monster in there that can attack us while we're resting! We need to investigate it now!"

 

Elzen: "It could attack us while we are in there as well. Also I'd rather fight it well rested. Considering you don't need any rest you could keep watch though."

Also @Swarm of Bees what is the shape of the tunnel?

Just wait for this thing to have blindsight.

 

Mist cloud only lightly obscures me and everything around 10ft of me

 

Just keep watch, or if you really want build a wall of rocks that'll have to be moved so the noise wakes us

 

I'm only taking a short rest I don't think that means I'm going to sleep

 

Last time I built a wall didn't go very well.
@Swarm of Bees do I get anything from my long rest like maybe my level 3?

I believe that we're taking a short rest because it's only mid day. Also if you have 900xp or more you'll reach level 3 on the next long rest

I go into the cave if the short rest is finished.
