The shot hits Guard 1 in the chest, and he collapses.

Thug 3 also flees, taking a last shot at Liun as he runs.

Damage Roll: 4 + 1 = 5 piercing damage.

Even after being engulfed in fire, he's somehow still moving (albeit severely burned). His bow is not doing well, either.

The dagger misses, but pulling it back hits Guard 3 in the head, and he falls over.
The houndmaster then pivots and slashes at Guard 2.
Attack Roll: 1 + 3 = 4. Yeah, no.
