Another Dungeons & Dragons Campaign (6/6 Players)

The rat hat sounds interesting. I'll call over the elf when he's done with Elzen and ask about the lead ring. While he waits, he'll have a look at these so-called "broken" magic items.

 

I assume Elzen can't Arcanca it then. Elzen: "No, I found it on a body of a goblin that tried to kill me, please enlighten me; I only know that it's magical."

 

Elf: "How do you not know what woodweed is?"

Elzen: "I'm not from here, could you tell me what it is?"

 

Liun:"I don't live here. Now could you call the guards?"

 

Knaal:"I don't know."

 

Elzen: "It's fine, I already exchanged them with Lycan."

 

Knaal:"Are we done here now?"

 

The broken magic items include partially depleted or expired spell scrolls of higher-level spells (primarily Evocation or Conjuration) with weakened effects, items missing some parts or effects (including, but not limited to: a large cloth sack with a tear, a half-full bottle of healing potion, a cracked glass globe with a smaller orb floating inside of it, a single winged boot with no counterpart, an elegant spear with an oddly curved tip, and a glittering round stone with one side oddly flat), worn magical items in older styles that are now out of fashion (one particularly interesting one is a bright orange, oddly smooth cloak with pink thread trim), and a wooden box big enough to hold a deck of cards held shut with iron chain.

 

i just read some of the messages i missed and I have to say that 19 gold is a lot. Well atlest for me since I'm literally shoping alone with 1 gold and almost 3 silver

Elf: "It's relatively inexpensive and extremely addictive."

You would be doing better if you hadn't had your money stolen by bandits.

Does it look like this guy might be a part of a gang. I'm trying to tell this by tatoos, chlothing, general presance

It could be either way. He has the appearance and demeanor of one, but based of his behavior talking to you, there's the decent possibility that he isn't a gang member.
