Medina Village is a place where gang members and fallout from their battles are common. People are desensitized to what goes on there.

The body isn't Luneth.

I run into the street and say to the first person I see
Liun:"Excuse me can you please alert the guards that a murder just happened"

 

The first person you see is a one-eyed dwarf wearing a copper earring.
Dwarf: "...You haven't lived here long, have you?"

 

Elzen just waits, also surely the 1-2 min are over now.

The elf comes out from the back room.
Elf: "This is a rather intriguing magical item."
Elf: "Its design reminds me of a common spell scroll."

 

Elzen: 'What spell is usually on it?'

 

Elf: "This parchment, however, is activated in an odd fashion."
Elf: "By holding it out in front of you-"
He demonstrates the holding.
Elf "-and speaking the Auran command word, the parchment crumbles and releases a gust of air."

 

Elzen: "Okay, thanks. Do you have any ideas who might have made it?"

 

Elf: "It was likely created by Aarakocra."
Make a History check.

Aarakocra are a reclusive people native to Kaelar. They resemble birds and speak primarily Auran, an obscure language with roots from the Elemental Plane of Air.

Elzen: 'I don't have an owl feather, they're not something one usually carries around.' And pays with 2 silver pieces(worth 10 copper each I think)

 

The elf declines the coins.
Elf: "I specifically said 20 copper pieces."

Elf: "You could find a shop in the city to sell you an owl feather."
