So they just built something for a joke and are never going to use it.

It's not like this build is suddenly the reason why the 14.1 update is taking so long. Making a build like that is hardly enough to delay an update on its own.

Dude, the corkus update is an april fools joke. It's so obvious. I'm just worried that you all built something amazing that will never be used.

 

Man, a couple of guys spent a few hours (if that, I don't actually know how long this took) of their own personal time working on something that the community at large seems to like. Oh no, whatever will we do?

Sarcasm aside, do you think the builders owe it to you (or even the community) to spend every second of their spare time working on an update? Please enlighten me as to why that is something reasonable to expect. Why can't a couple of guys just have fun at little to no expense to everyone else?

Hey, why don't you go complain to google too. They spend time making elaborate april fools jokes that are way more elaborate than anything a minecraft community has done. Hey, they even waste time making doodles year round. Doodles! Can you believe that they'd waste their time on that when they could be fixing other stuff?
