World An Idea To Do With Extra Powders

Alright, I think I see a common trend among higher level players with powders, THEY GET FLUNG ASIDE like that mosquito you squashed on your arm last summer. So, I have a proposal, but more of a comical one than a serious one, arcane landmines. These little buggers, in my mind, are what they sound like, mines that do a specific elemental damage. The damage of the mine depends on what tier powder you use, the higher the tier, the more damage it does unlike my builds when I get them to higher levels. The tier can also affect the radius of affect dealt by the mine; Tier 1 has an area of affect of 1 block, Tier 2 has an area of affect of 2 blocks, etc. Here's what I think each mine could do as an attack when stepped over.

Water Mine
-Ice Spike to skewer those annoying zombies
-Causes Slowness to get away from those pesky zombies

Earth Mine
-Explosions, be like Michael Bay
-Causes poison so start a plague!

Fire Mine
-Fire to burn everything to ash
-Causes lowered Resistances to cause more destruction!

Air Mine
-Launches Mobs up in the air as they are to blown away by your cool moves
-Lowers damage as the dust keeps getting in there eyes

Thunder Mine
-Thunder strikes your foe. Give them the judgement of the SUPREME BOVINE LEADER(may get a bit salty from that)
-Cause them to run away in fear of such godly might of the Great Salted of Wynn

Now just remember, this post was more of just a for fun thing so please, don't post silly comments that it's overpowered or dumb, just say that you either like it or don't like it. If you want to, comment on how it could be improved or changed even though this isn't suppose to be serious. Above all, be nice to each other and be sure to have a good day!

 

Something like this could actually be done and would be super fun.
But definitely wouldn't be viable with the higher tier powders as it would be too expensive
And if the power was proportional to price either the lower end powders would be useless and the high end ones would be not worth the cost
Or the low powders would be just right and the high end ones would be op
Point is this would work with tier 1-3 powders but not with tier 4-6 due to price and power just not working well together
Another issue could be lag
But if this was implemented for tier 1-3 powders in such a way that this didn't cause much lag
A measure would have to be implemented so that people can't spam the mines
I actually just came up with one idea
Powders would be used to craft mines
And their would be 3 tiers of mines
One tier each for each powder 1-3
And the higher powders such as tier 4-6 when used in crafting could just count as multiple small powders making crafting costs of the mines cheaper
And then their could be a plugin that lets you only place down like 3-7 mines at a time whatever amount feels more balanced and fun
This would definitely make the game a lot more fun
I can just imagine low level players that have stacked a crazy amount of mines and just use them for grinding instead of actual weapons
It would definitely be a lot of fun to watch mobs die easily every once in a while after having saved up powders for long periods of time
Or situations where low level players are running away from a horde of mobs and they drop one of these mines down allowing them to escape
I feel it would immerse the player in the world of wynn by a lot since from at least my friends and my personal experience it's fun to to over exaggerate panicking in situations where a horde of mobs is chasing you and it would just feel so badass and fun to save yourself by using mines
This could genuinely be so fudgin much fun
