Since you got hit by Noctua’s circle light beam attack, a symbol was casted on you allowing for him to attack anytime out of turn once.

It’s kinda like a hex, there’s no good way to get rid of it.

Honestly, Noctua only got Chris killed early because of you not knowing Noctua’s powers.

Aquila’s attacks are straight forward but Noctua’s movesets are complicated.

Either way, Chris would’ve lost / ran away no matter what because of how expensive and draining his movesets are... but he would’ve lasted longer if you knew Noctua’s movesets.
