Ally teleporting with Teleport Scrolls

    While doing world events with some people, we ran into scroll charge problems. I, an ardent horse fan with a maxed out and upgraded tier 3 horse, used few scroll charges. Plus, I knew about almost all fast travel methods and a few /kill shortcuts. However, my teammates had zero scroll charge remaining to get to a world event in 5 minutes. I had 2. What's the fun in world event parties without people to talk and laugh with and significant fail moments?

    My suggestion:
    Allow a player to teleport another player in the same party, along with themselves, using two scroll charges and a longer countdown (such as 5 seconds). The teammate who will be teleported will have to follow the same rule for teleportation (no dropping items, no taking damage, no moving), or else teleportation for both players will be cancelled, and no charge will be used up. This mode can be activated by shift + right-clicking a player with a scroll, who will then get the message that they are being teleported. The ally can drop an item, move, or press swap hand to cancel both teleportations.

    How this will help:
    The ability to teleport another player will better encourage teamwork and cooperation. It can also help reduce inventory clutter. A command could also be given that activates this teleportation if both players are close enough, which can help free a stuck player. It will be an excellent quality-of-life feature. Another potential use is if someone is in, for example, Troms, and they really want to go to Cinfras. However, they forgot to buy a Cinfras teleport during their time in Cinfras. They can make the incredibly long trip to Cinfras... or call a friend with a Cinfras scroll, and off the two go to Cinfras. As a past scatterbrained person and a victim of spacial torture, I've lost motivation due to travel distances. The addition of ally teleporting can reduce this loss of motivation and will be valuable for Wynncraft!

    Potential abuses:
    Every change will come with its unintended features. For example, teleporting an afk player to a more dangerous town like Lutho or Maex would be possible. One prevention method would require the teleported teammate to allow the teleportation through an input but not to clutter their text box. And, we cannot go into this topic without covering alt accounts. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done regarding alt accounts assisting the main. However, the alt character will have to be very close to the main character to use a teleport, and this extra travel time or scroll charge usage can discourage such actions. A limit must also be added to prevent teleporting players to an unreached city. This will stop helpless, naive level 1 beginners from being scrolled to Lutho. Lastly, spamming this command can cause movement or visibility difficulties for the target player. This issue can be avoided by kicking the scroll user from the party or leaving the party. Plus, the ally teleport does not introduce screen-clutter as a new issue, as it is already possible to do so with /msg or /trade.

    Moving forward:
    If this suggestion gets accepted, teleports for larger groups could be made possible in the future. For example, a player can teleport up to 5 members of the same party at close proximity with long teleport countdowns. But in return, it uses up all 3 scroll charges and destroys the scroll.
    Nonetheless, I hope you would consider my suggestion for the sake of Wynncraft's pfinder. Have a nice day!

    Feels like something that would be hard to implement and have next to no use. For the case you described it would've worked, but that scenario is incredibly uncommon. I feel like this would just be using precious developer time (this isn't something CT have the power to do) on something ultimately next to useless. It's cool as a concept, but I just don't ever see it being worth the time

    Would it require calling the teleport function for the target player, as if they used their own scroll, plus the same-party parameter?
    There are cases where right-click and shift-right-click are already differentiated (for example, trading) and cases where being in the same party is different from not being in the same party (not being hunted vs. being hunted).
    Another way to see this is to let someone else teleport at the cost of one of your own scroll points.
    But that's just a thought. I'm not a coding expert.

    Probably not gonna happen lol. But at least scroll charges replaced soul points.

    Scroll charges are a thing specifically because we do not want you being able to constantly zip around the map to wherever you want to go. We want you to engage with the world, utilize other systems of fast travel, and explore, not constantly hop to the city closest to your destination every 3 minutes

    It's a great feature now that I think about it. Still a bit annoying going from Silent expanse to Gaval but I can't really complain.
    Although a fast travel from Lutho to light forest or something would be nice... even if I have to scale the obelisk.

    Lutho -> Tunnel fast travel to Olmic city -> Run to Detlas -> Airship fast travel to Cinfras

    This wouldn't really make much sense. Like, yes-- there's some relation by the fact there's both Light there, but by this same logic you should be able to teleport to the Heart of Decay from SE because the two are Dark.
    SE's only fast travels are within SE, playing into the idea that it's closed off from the rest of the world.

    There's gateway island and its associated "teleport" to a spot that has dernic seed. But I get your point of the Silent Expanse being closed off.

    Also, where's the tunnel to Olmic City? I don't think I've heard of that one.

    Exit Lutho and go right. Theres a tunnel that you unlock by doing AJB that lets you quickly exit the expanse or reach lootrun objectives
