what about intless arcanist?

 

I don't know about intless arcanist unless you use some spell-cost modifying items. Arcanist really benefits from having low spell costs, because you get mana for hitting spells, but the mana you get is always constant regardless of the spell cost. Therefore if you have a very low spell cost build you will get back more mana than you spent on those spell. A medium spell cost build would give you back just about as much mana when casting spells. If you have high spell costs, you're still going to be losing mana no matter how many spells you use. It would take much longer to build up a spellspam cycle with chaos explosion than it would with low spell costs. So don't think that arcanist=free spellspam no matter what.

I just slapped all 3rd spell cost reduction within the sp range restrictions. Diamond solar for some additionnal survivability since you can't heal.
ended up with a 9 meteor cost for 11k total damage.

on mobile rn so no tree, but recommended is Summoner ft. Mask of the Fanatic. This allows for natural regen, increased ehp, and multiple totems, which should make it stupidly easy to apply your poison to literally everything in the room.

There's also this from a bit back. It wasn't allowed onto the compendium, but I'm pretty sure it's actually reasonable.
Both of these builds are mythic though because the first is a poison build (toxoplasmosis is poison master) and this one was specifically made as dawnbreak cancelstack.

I am looking for a build.
- Freerunner (uses Ornithopter or Panic Attack)
- High mana regeneration, but low Intelligence (to combat mana loss from sprinting at null sprint bar - low Intelligence means a smaller amount of mana per mana globe, thus allowing a smaller amount of mana regen to be effective)
- High base walkspeed preferred hthe higher the better), but second to usability
- a usable (25k or 30k+) ehp build, bonus points for spell-based damage using mostly ice snake and teleport
- Must be a mage with minimum partial riftwalker tree (time dilation required)
Reason: I like the concept of a speed-based supporter instead of a health-based one. Basically, the goal is to be able to reliably sprint with time dilation, thus allowing all allies to have significantly increased speed. As a result, health-based support is welcome too (because it's still support) - feel free to put healing boosts (like orphion's pulse) in the tree.

Very low (10 le at maximum). Keep in mind, there are a variety of items I already have in my bank, but no mythics. I am really poor right now.

45 sp left. Putting them in defensive or offensive stats actually made little differences for me in term of damages, so I'll let you choose.
Sustain : 44/5 mana regen and 727/3 life steal.
Survivability : 53k EHP and 144% walk speed. 9k total heal with Orphion's pulse.
You can use king of heart for more healing and mana regen at the cost of all damages and a bit of walkspeed. It also requires 75 intel.
(Building mana regen and walkspeed without intel is hard by the way ;_; )


Second build more focused on damages with teleport (I basically changed the tree). it doesn't have Orphion's pulse, so it's only 2k per heal.
Primary damages : 8k teleport unbuffed / 49k full winded for 8 mana.
