once you hit 98 if you can afford a good thunder dmg warchief this is pretty good - working on a level 97 version (whyyyy does warchief have to be 98)

 

Wait my version seems to have better melee dps and better survivability.

Yeah this works, 80k arrow storm with solid walk speed (considering Frenzy) to live despite 10k ehp, and you can actually regain mana
Probably could've put in a couple of better items but who cares, plus SUPER easy sp distribution (max in int and dex)
