For me "beating the game" has to fufil all these criteria:

-Max Level 101 on all available classes
-All quests(including ???) completed for each class
-A 40/40 white horse for each class
-At least 1 mythic weapon to use for each class
-Have over 10-20 stacks of le
-Beat every dungeon and boss altar(and have an item from each of the dungeon shops/boss altar drops)
-Have all 5 WynnExcavation necklaces
-Have 64 of each Boss drop

Amadel's Final Form

Qira, Mistress of the Hive

Death, ToA

-Have a usable build for each class
-Attain the best XP armor set with maximum XP bonus
-Attain the best Loot armor set with maximum Loot bonus(Diamond Dust instead of Discoverer is accepted)
-Have at least 10 powders of each element and each tier
-Have 1 stack of scrolls of each city that has a scroll shop

Each time you get a class to level 101, roll a dice 50 times. If the total is 51 or higher, you must delete the class and re-level it to level 101 and repeat the process.
