Anyway, our characters may not know this (well, maybe Kori does since he's in the Light faction), but Vansil's character is apparently resistant to pain, which we can utilize by giving him a wound that he doesn't notice due to his pain tolerance. He also only uses short weapons, so a long weapon could give us an edge if we can get close.

Yes, that too. Though I was referring to the fact that claws are pretty useless against, say, a spear. A bow works too, though we'd need to distance him due to the throwing knives.

But making strategies against an enemy you don't know anything about is metagaming no matter if it is a core part of the RP or not.

 

A longsword also works, though not as well, and we could use Cario's grappling hook. We could get in close using Zna's smoke bomb since daggers are risky in this scenario. If he turns into blood, perhaps Cario can wash it away.
