General Add regional servers

    With the recent update, packet losses have become even more frequent and higher so it makes playing the game really annoying, mabe having regional servers could be a fix to that. ( BTW I know it used to be a thing but they stopped it because it was to complicated for devs, but maybe there are some new possibilities to explore )
