Website & Forums Add Quest Tag To Suggestions

Any of the older players may remember something about the general suggestions forum before the wipe: It had a quests tag.

Before 9/7/15, the general suggestions forum had a quests tag. It was used for the obvious: To suggest quests. When all threads were deleted for an unknown reason, the quest tag also seemed to disappear. I've always wondered to myself why it wasn't added back in. That's why I suggest it's added back in. Why? Well, it would make it easier to find quests without reading the title of every suggestion thread. It would also let the people who make these suggestions classify all their threads as "Quest" instead of "World"

If they were intentionally removed, please tell me.

 

No downsides to this really, makes filtering suggestions much easier and will not take ages to implement +1 Support

 

I think it's because they don't want people recommending quests.

 

They're obviously not stopping anything.
If the really wanted to stop it (idk why), they would just put "NO QUEST SUGGESTIONS" in the rules.
How did you come up with this conclusion anyway?

It was intentional. We can not use quest ideas suggested here (for several reasons), making it one of the major factors for removal.

 

Hmm, that's interesting. Why can't community-suggested quests be used?

 

I assume they don't fit in with our already planned quests and themes. Anyhow, the leadership decided suggesting quests was of no use, but it's just wrong to actually forbid it. So, I suppose you can continue doing these quest suggestions, even though there's no chance of implemention.

well then your quest making career is s.o.l

 

It isn't SUPER needed, because quests fall under the category of 'world'

I don't think this is necessary because the quest has 0.001% chance of being added

 

I just used the tag to know what threads not to look at.

I miss @Selvut283's quest suggestions...
Remember Fairy Circles? And that questline with the alternate world and stuff? Oh, and the one that happened near ToA and in the desert that was endgame at the time!
I really want to read all of Selvut's suggestions for quests again but they're all gone...
