World Add LV. 100 pots to Thesead

    There's a loot run in COTL now that starts near Thesead but you cannot purchase LV. 100 health potions from the merchant there, forcing you to transfer some from another class or scroll to another city and back. Corkus is a LV. 80 area as well just like COTL and has LV. 100 health potions. The highest level you can currently buy at the COTL potion merchant is 85.
