Crafted ingredients seem to be a pain to balance to where any good ingredient with good drawbacks has the susceptibility to be flipped, right? Well do I have a solution, make items give less stats but then effectiveness to themself. This allows for the team to be more creative with ingredient's drawbacks and make it impossible to flip and harder to buff.

For example : An ingredient gives -1 tier of attack speed, 5-6% melee damage and 200% effectiveness to itself. This, in practice, would have an ingredient that gives -3 tier of attack speed and 15 or 18% melee damage. This would allow an ingredient to have a drawback that's immutable, as in, even if you try to flip it, you're not getting a +1 tier ever.

Another example : Give Gruesome Carnassial (-180, -165 hp | -3, -2 agi) -50% effectiveness to itself to make it a slightly less but still niche ingredient

This also makes the ingredient harder to buff with other effectiveness items. I feel like this allows for cool ways to add interesting stats that people fear to add because someone is going to superbuff/supernegate the item

Let me know what you think!!!!!
