I think there are all other weapons from bob but the shaman is out of everything. My suggestion would be that you simply add Bob's Mythic Relic and expand the story in the ragni library that it is also worthwhile for a shaman to do the Bob quests.

In the lore, I believe Bob actually never learned Shamanism, which is why there is no reference to it.

so does that mean that the Ancient Runic Relik was just something that the Temple of Legends found in some old ruin and then they were like "Eh why not we toss this totally unrelated and new thing in with Bob's legendary weapons?" or did they acquire the relik sometime in the past and conveniently decide to sell it to the player when shamans start appearing?

I'd assume we'd handle it the like this: The relics were found to be decorated treasures but no one could get them to work. They don't look like weapons but more religious artifacts. So why sell them to a warrior, a spell caster, a ranger, or an assassian? They aren't going to buy them... But the Shamans "relieved" themselves, seeing as how the war against corruption (even with all the players best efforts, and some quest even telling you bluntly) you did something, but it no where stopped it. Much like the Pandas in WoWC, they saw something needed to be done. Something needed to change the tide of the war. The shamans, like mister "...." until you do "Trouble in the Jungle", came out of hiding. They stopped their great task of guarding the jungle, of guarding nature and came to defend it aggressively instead of passively. Once it was noted that hey, these guys use these things to murder people, they might want to buy it: Therefore adding it to the shop.

One could ever think to real life history, a smithy at one point did not sell firearms, but swords, shields, arrow heads, and spear points. But once the "modern boom stick" was created they started making parts for it because there was a demand for it. But I personally think the first way is a better way to think about it.

That makes much more sense now. The Temple finds the reliks in ancient ruins and they probably dismissed it as something else because nobody knew how to use it as a weapon or maybe they didn't think it was a weapon, maybe they just thought they were mere artifacts. Maybe this is why everyone sells them, people first started to find them and thought they were cool trinkets until shamans started to arrive from fruma wielding those. Another question is how did the shamans originate from Fruma?

Unless there is a map of Fruma there is no wall inside the walls of Ba Si- FRUMA then I don't think anyone has any idea what the full region is like, we've seen some farm grassed lands from Dr. P's quest "Recover the Past" And for all we know, Fruma could be ten times, twenty, forty times the size of Gavell and Wynn combined, just enveloped in war. But yeah, bob never learned the art of hugging the tree to my knowledge, and I don't think it needs to 100% go back and be redo just for a scene of him shotgunning zombies with nature

According to the secret library in Llevigar, it has a deep and complex history and it is "operated entirely by a powerful monarchy with magical powers that are far in advance of our own." meaning the monarchy's magical powers would make the magic we've seen so far probably obsolete. Also from other bits of info it is the origin of the human race and it would also be far far older than Wynn because Wynn Province is simply stated to have been colonised by them. So judging by the fact that Fruma is the origin of the humans, it should be as you said, massive. I'd say it would probably be at least ten times the size of the world we currently have. And yes you are correct bob never learned shamanry but if they wanted to add a bob's mythic relik, then they'd have to completely rework his lore, some of the lore, add more things to it, rework the library, rework his reincarnation's bossfight, etc. Then again, I am a newbie so..

kinda small for the origin of humans don't you think?
Fruma is the origin of humankind, you'd think an ancient human empire would be bigger than it's colonies

I think it's safe to assume fruma is going to be content in the game. considering gavel took years to make and still felt rushed looking back, an area 10x the size of the current world is just impossible to make with voluntary human efforts. just because humans come in to the wynn province from there doesn't mean it needs to be large in size, that's just silly. scientifically a species can evolve in a place of that size and considering this is a work of fiction it can go even beyond that. fruma is generally theorized to be in the last chunk left of the map since there's been a goal of having a smooth map mentioned by salted I believe, and that would be the last needed piece.

this is getting quite off topic from the suggestion though, maybe a separate thread about fruma could be made and spark some community discussions.

wdym it isn't worthwhile to do the bob quests, even if you get no weapon reward? It's an important boss fight and a major milestone. I always do quests like the Bob quests.
