Add An Emerald/liquid Merchant To Housing

One of the concepts for housing when it was first released was to be a spot you could easily access various things from, like Crafting Stations, your Bank, the Trade Market, and NPCs like the Blacksmith and Identifier. It is even stated in the changelog, "It can be a great casual break from fighting and exploring or a good way to min-max travelling time between NPCs." And while it does a great job at providing easy access to them, it does get a little annoying that there is no Emerald Merchant NPC so you can convert your loose emeralds if you sold something to the Blacksmith or on the Trade Matket on your island. It also means you cannot access the Guild bank from your island. Of course, you can always just fly back down to the town you were at to use the Emerald Merchant, at that point ypu may as well just use all the stations and NPCs there, since they usually have them there. (I know that's not always the case, but my point still stands)

While this definitely isn't very necessary, I think it would be a huge QoL improvement having access to an Emerald Merchant on your Housing island.
