Add a PvE game like Zombies?

Yes, this is basically based off of Call of Duty Zombies by Treyarch, but of course - For obvious reasons, the enemies won't be actual zombies, and the weapons would depend on whatever is available, perhaps like crossbows Archers have? It could be a Limited Time Mode like other event modes, or could be something for fun in an arcade area (then again, WynnCraft is an MMORPG although this wouldn't be canon).

Instead of the cliche zombie, perhaps make it corrupted foes instead? They could take any form, and would likely deal melee damage, although they would be more stronger as rounds go by. Obviously the game wouldn't do much besides be merely cosmetic (but could give the option for rewards during events), but y'know. It would be best to have it as 1-4 players in a PvE setting, but what do you think?

TL;DR: Make a CoD Zombies like gamemode for events or even somewhere in the world to play? It would be a cosmetic minigame, but instead of Zombies, it'd be corrupted enemies and would follow a bit of story and stuff. The weapons would have to be ranged though, as spears/daggers won't really do much (the latter could be an off-hand melee), and so on.

This idea does seem kinda dead weight, but was just mainly something I pulled out of my arse but it would be cool for a PvE event gamemode, as to have a breather from fighting other players

 

There's already minigames for every festival.

... So ... Zombies. The vast majority of corrupted are undead. Thats why there's so many zombies in the Wynn Province.

 

I will say I do think it's cool, and I like a call of duty zombies type mini game a lot. I just don't know if there's a place where it could easily go

 

Fair, it could be for Halloween (since the game is meant to be a bit of a horror), although its just an idea at the end of the day. Obviously it might be a bit hard to code some crap, like perks and stuff, but then again - it'd be a breather from Blizzard Brawl (which I did get a bit of Overwatch vibes, although OW did have PvE gamemodes for events, idk if they would have a campaign or smthn, but I never played such)

Anyways fair point, it would be better for a Halloween event, since it might feel more appropriate but idk

I think it's a cool idea to have wave-based PvE versus zombies, but I don't think it fits in any of the festivals. I could see it popping up in a quest - say, one in the Wynn Military chain you start the game with. (Level 30 or 40, you defend Detlas from another giant attack?)

 

Imagine if the zombies mode was like traversing the nether and fighting in the kind of left 4 dead kind of style in a way, maybe it’s just me but it’d be cool

 

"the Nether" doesn't exist in Wynn. It has not been canon for half a decade.
