Website & Forums Add A ''pin Comment'' Option For Thread Owners

Recently, I made a thread observing a joke image that Salted tweeted, and Kiocifer confirmed it not to be anything. However, a lot of people on that thread still seem to not understand that and are speculating on what it could be. It made me think ''God, there really should be a way to highlight a certain comment in a thread'' and that's how I had this idea:

Simply add a ''Pin comment'' option to each comment on a thread. The OP can pin one per thread and unpin them, and when pinned they are sent up to be the first comment on the thread and given an outline. Depending on theme, this would be:

Blue on light themes
Gold on dark themes

 

I agree, but you can just edit the original post too although this probably would be more convienient
