    I am currently in the level range of 80-90 on a class of mine which means I am spending a lot of time in the CotL, and as you do, I am getting emeralds. I have come across an issue though, there are no LE merchants in the CotL! Please add one.

    Thanos would be getting an LE merchant when the update comes out and the city would also be more organized in general
