Game Mechanics add a "block shouts" option

shouts are ok as long as they're not abused, but recently i've found them to be abused, which i would suggest to be done something with. while i don't wish to suggest that the shout bombs are removed, i would suggest that there could be added an option to somehow block shouts so we don't have to be so annoyed with them.

 

I think it'd be best to be able to block shorts from specific people similar to /ignore but not entirely.

 

Only problem is people pay for shout bombs...

 

The problem with toggling them is that everyone would do it and then noone would pay for shouts anymore because noone could see them.
Toggling them would also make it so you would miss actually important things like giveaways and events or grind parties.
I think adding a cool down between shouts would fix most issues.

 

i understand, but them paying to be annoying is also not fair for others

that seems more fair, cause it's only spesific people that are annying, some people don't use the shouts to be annoying but to recruit which i'm ok with

 

you know that in wynntills you can make tabs for your chats and you can send all shouts to one of them

 

up +1 i am sick and tired of seeing wannabe shout funnymen in chat and frankly i bet most of the community is with me on this

On the other hand, General Suggestions doubles as the help desk (for some reason) and Wynntils is one solution for certain problems.
