    Salted changed this item in the "Armor Skin" mini-update just recently so that I need to waste 10 skill points (and 1LE for a skill reset scroll) to get enough Dexterity to use my lifelong friend once more. No hard feelings, this video below "How Could This Happen To Me" is an overreaction and is a joke.
