Shaman/Skyseer Help Acolyte Shaman build assist

I'm a level 103 shaman, i prefer playing acolyte because i enjoy the sustainability of it. i currently have a build that is doing alright but i feel as it it isn't to its fullest potential, gear could be better and the ability isn't optimized.
