Account got hacked/deleted. Need help

My Microsoft account was hacked and had to be deleted since I could not reclaim back ownership of my account. With the loss of that account, so was over 600 hours of gameplay. I reached out to Wynncraft support about at least being able to transfer over my rank and cosmetics. I got my rank thankfully on my new account but said they couldn't give me back my cosmetics as they can not transfer game data. I have spent at least 500 bucks on Wynncraft and don't want to lose out on the cosmetics i spent lots of time and money working for. Could i get the crates back if i provide receipts to all my crate purchases and proof my Microsoft account was in fact deleted...?

 

Unlikely. If the support doesn’t have the tools to transfer game data it will make things impossible. I would ask if someone does have the tools to do so. If they don’t, unfortunately it’s impossible then.

 

How do I go about asking if they have the tools to transfer my game data. I have a screenshot showing i have cosmetics and if staff logged on to my wynncraft account it will show that i have what i say I have. I just want to be able to keep using these cosmetics i worked hard for.
