I think I missed something

 

There's a rule in the House Rules doc that states that NPC allies and important enemies get death saves, but only two.

 

For my bonus action I use 3 charges of healing light on Larath
1+5+4=9
I then run up to him and slap him with a shocking grasp ''How dare you hit a lady!''

Then she runs forward and slashes at the thug with a scimitar she produced from inside her dress.
