Attack Roll 1: Natural 20.
Damage Roll: 4 + 1 + 2 = 7 bludgeoning damage.
Attack Roll 2: 7 + 4 = 11
Attack Roll 3: 1 + 4 = 5

If you look at the battle map, you will see that is untrue. It moved to attack Kanaglath.
Boindil's turn.

 

Boindil walks decently close to the wolf and grabs his shield which he puts up (+2ac, takes action tho :/) and his battleaxe.
