Okay then I'll put my hands together and slowly pull them apart, as I do a small orb of fire appear in between them as I pull the sphere grows until eventually it's almost the size of me. I then throw the sphere at the wolf, but it looks like I miss. I point my finger at the sphere and it's starts to spin and rams into the wolf
The wolf needs to make a dc 13 dex save on a fail it takes 2d6 fire damage on success half
6+4=10
(I cast flaming sphere)

Yeah but it doesn't really work for cantrips like eldrich blast or sacred flame, I could figure something out for shocking grasp though
