Yet again, it'd probably be something like "Bank Abandoning" where you have to escape a bank or something

 

yes you have to escape llevigar emerald merchant and give a quest npc 1000000000000000000000stacks of le (which get directly transferred to banks inventory ofc). the quest is called "Abandoning Bank"

 

Or just find a merchant somewhere that will buy it for leik 20 LE, because who woulden't want a washer!? lel xD
