    I was doing the quest to get into the bank but i didnt get to deactivate the tnt and i died now whenever i go to the guy he asks did you read the witness reports and nothing else even if ive went to all the buildings in the story. it wont let me get into the black cave to fight them again, can anyone help?

    If you died during the boss fight, you should be able to return via the hole behind the bank. If not, you should post a bug report in the forums sections designated for that.
