Alright. thx for the feedback! Maybe the levels for dern should be lvl 170-250? How about that? Or is that stilll too much.

No, because that would be too little. for dern at least. dern in my theory is the grand finale to the game therefor it should have a bigger lvl range then other provinces, and gavel had 60 lvls, and what you said would mean its BELOW how much lvls gavel had. maybe fruma: 100-150...but then Dern: 150-230. So 80 lvls should be a good grand-finale.

They're gonna wanna end it at an even number.
250 May be the total level cap, but then they would have to raise stat caps for players at that level because at level 250 you have 498 sp.
You can literally fit 100 into 3 and 99 into 2.
maybe fruma 60-120 and dern 120-200
