A Modern Day Fantasy Rp [6/10]

I jump back through the rift to go back to my original side of the barrier (rip value of blue and yellow shard). I then go try to aid Amon and Cat going in with my own knife. "Why does the doctor of your group suddenly become a fighter? Did I piss you off that much?" I say while swiping at Jay because I believe Amon can take on Ken for a little longer.

Niko is barely able to disarm Dancer of his bow and Cat off of her knives. A bow, a couple arrows, and two knives now hover around Niko, but trying to disarm more people results in dropping one of the other items . . . Cat just seems to produce two more knives from her sleeves and continues to tag team Jay with the help of Han. More cuts appear on Cat's body but Han is able to avoid getting scratched by Jay. Their fighting skills are almost at par, had Jay not have been fighting two people, he probably would've beaten Han. Ken and Amon are also exchanging their own series of swipes but oddly enough, neither of them look like they're trying. Possibly just sizing each other up and seeing their opponent's fight style. Zach's series of arrows get stopped by another barrier formed by Dancer which is protecting Raisa and Averill as well.

But then . . .

Suddenly, a transparent green retro surrounds Zach as this song starts to play (at 0:52) and waves and barrages of green particles rush onto Dancer's barrier in sync with the audio. Dancer tries to fire back with his own barrage of earth magic and some wizardry but the pummels of earth get rushed over by the transparent green shapes. Soon, the barrier shatters and transparent green arrows start forming above Zach's head and firing at Dancer and Raisa. What now?

Wtf, Zach's basically a god.

Ok let's hopefully not die.

I try to perform the rodent defensive system spell on Jay and anchor it onto him (so basically, I'm planting the defensive spell on him to keep him out creating an infinite loop). Hopefully, that puts Jay out of battle. Afterwards, I go rush at Zach first summoning a fireball, then coming up close with my knives, and then casting the same spell on him.

 

K, this is going to be rude.
I shoot Cuffs in the femoral artery (its in the leg). If it hit's he'll die in 10 minutes(ish) due to blood loss. Hopefully his team knows that.
I'm still silent btw. ;p;

OOC: I did way to much research in the last 10+ minutes searching up places to shoot a person. xD Rip my privacy now. ;p;

 

Uh you're on different sides of the barrier. Cuffs is on his side and you're on the side with the other rift connecting to the infirmary. And yes, I do know what the femoral artery is. I plan on becoming a Doctor in the future.

Lets step though the barrier like Cuffs did and then shoot him then. :p
Edit: wait, if I can shoot through the rift, I guess I'll do that. xD

OOC: Can I just have an arm on the other side of the rift? What happens if it closes then? ;p;

Han's spell works. Rodents and bats suddenly come and swarm Jay causing him to scream and form another rift out of the battle. The rift then closes after he leaves. Alister then throws a fireball over at Zach throwing some of his fire off of Dancer and Raisa and causing him to focus on Alister instead. Han then comes up close with his knife and casts the same spell on Zach. More rodents and bats swarm Zach this time and he tries to blast them off using his green particles but the rodents and bat's seem infinite in number. Finally, Zach just creates a transparent green barrier blocking off all the rodents and bats around him. But then . . .

Suddenly, the loud sound of a gunshot fills the air as blood starts to leak from Han Alister's leg. He blacks out from the pain ( @Arch doesn't see the rest). "Han!" Raisa, Cat, and Dancer yell simultaneously. Amon and Ken have stopped fighting each other in shock at the gunshot. Aquila then appears observing Han at a distance. She then touches the large barrier in the middle of the warehouse and closes her eyes, concentrating. The barrier crumbles away dissipating by a form of ice destroying it. All the rifts but the one to the infirmary have also disappeared.

Aquila then speaks to the rest of Alister's group. "New trade. Hanson Alister's life for Kayla's life."

Raisa turns to her. ". . . Can . . . you heal him . . . ?" her voice faltering.

Aquila simply nods.

The healer on Alister's side has also come outside to see what happened and has a shocked expression on her face. The woman then rushes back into her room and comes back out with a small round wooden container. "This is the cure . . . Make her swallow it whole . . ." she trembles as Aquila grabs it from her.

Aquila then sighs. "Give it to her (Kayla)," she says to Tim gesturing for him to take the wooden container. She looks at Han. "Get him a stretcher as well please . . ."

What now?

(Sry, I'm pressed for time and made this a little undetailed and short. Rip)

She’s a Guardian Angel. What do you expect? And her specializing in the water element makes her healing capabilities a lot more effective.

In the infirmary. Just go back through the rift thing Jay set up and you’ll be there.

 

Is TS still active?
I walk over and retrieve the medicine. Then I move closer to Han (I'm expecting them to do something since I think they know I'm the one who shot them? Or are they still unsure? >.<).

Cat glares at you when you approach them. She waves her knives at you. "Don't come closer! Only the angel will be allowed that privilege."

Aquila sighs, and hides her wings making them invisible, before creating a makeshift stretcher out of ice. "Get him on the stretcher," she commands. Raisa and Amon instantly lift him up and uh, place him on the stretcher . . . wow what else did you expect? Anyway, Aquila walks up to the stretcher and looks at the area Alister got shot at. She then summons water from out of nowhere once again and makes it surround the area of the bullet wound. A divine light fills the room and a miniature Aurora Borealis surrounds the stretcher. The bullet just sort of slowly comes out flying away and into Aquila's hand. The blood fades away and the skin in that area get's patched. Then, the Divine light fades away alongside the Borealis and Aquila silently walks away putting her hands in her pockets going back to the infirmary to go look at Kayla. It's done. What now?

 

Oh geez, you guys got a lot done while I was out... Let's play it off as the disarming taking more effort than he expected.

I'll fly back over to Harris (with the taken weapons, unless anyone objects with good reason).
Niko (to Harris): "Now what the bloody hell was that? I... don't think I've seen a weapon as... destructive as that."
Niko: "Now that that's all done, I'd like to who shot the lass, and why."

 

Cat and Dancer object. "Return my knives . . . uh flying sword?" she says the first part menacingly but the second part more questioningly and confusedly.

"I'd also like to have my bow back please," Dancer simply says.

Yeh.

 

Okay, I'mma attempt to keep contact with one of them... (Han, Dancer, Raisa and Allister won't work, they probably all hate me. xD Cat, the girl who's name I don't know and Amon are probably my best choices... Actually, only Cat and Amon since I haven't SS the other girl yet... Eh.)
I stand in place and stare at Cat.
(Interrupting her next response or just wait, like 10 seconds) "Do I know you? Are you... "
I snap my fingers. Reaching into my pocket, I scribble something onto a piece of paper (address of a coffee shop) and hold it out towards Cat.

If she takes it: I turn around and walk back to our side (yes, leaving by back unguarded, f it)
If she doesn't take it: I drop the paper. "I'd rather you go alone." Then I turn around and walk to our side.

I slip the magical item stopping SS off Averill. "We'll leave him here fulfilling our promise. Let's go."

No response from me.
(Ain't I the only one with a gun? xD)

I call out behind me "Meet me there. I'll return them to you." (Yes, I'm meeting up with an enemy who may or may not ambush me. It's fiiiine... I certainly can't outsmart Han but he's not there right now... I'll take the small chance to make a friend.)
Preferably the portal is closed right after that. If not, I'll keep walking towards the infirmary (I'll pause next to Han's stretcher and then move back to move it there I guess if no one has yet).

 

I'll... uh... "toss" them back to them, for lack of arms a better term for it.
Niko: "I hope that you, unlike... your leader, has the sense to not... betray our trust. And on that note, I must say that what that bloody idiot says is... usually not what the group... intends as a whole. Now then, who shot the girl?"

I assume I leave with @Tsu . If he leaves before they answer,

Niko: "I guess that will be for another time then. Here's hoping we don't try to kill one another next time."

You do realize Han is his first name and Alister is his last name? Han Alister? Yeh.

Aquila already healed him, it's gucci, just leave the stretcher there. They'd probably think you're kidnapping him by doing that lol.

 

(Can I take the knives before they go at least? >.< or is Niko to fast for me. ;p;)

If no: disregard my last message about returning their items.

I've been switching between Cuffs, Han, and Alister... I think I'm staying with Cuffs though since I'll always spell Alister wrong and Han reminds me of another rp. ;p;

Why tf is he on a stretcher then? .-. And I guess I'll just pause next to him for a moment. And then continue walking. xD

 

Tbh @Arch's plan made sense using the knowledge that Han Alister would know as a character. He had no knowledge about guns and actually almost won that battle using a defensive spell that warded off both Jay and Zach. If the gun didn't come into play, he might've won lol.
