"So the scale of rathe takes you there?"

 

I’m assuming this has nothing to do with the actual riddle and that it’s just a cool tactic you wanted to show off.

What I figured out:
James messed up a lot in his game against Herald but there were three major mess ups. The Pawn on move 16, the rook sacrifice on move 45, and James giving up the queen on move 51. Herald really emphasized on those mess ups as well as the trapped black square bishop James had all game.
Three Mess Ups and there are three people going to die in the group of six kids.
The Pawn, Rook, Queen, and Black Square Bishop represent people in the six.
Herald also says the pawn mess up happens unexpectedly and so the first person in the group that will die will die out of nowhere.
Herald says the rook will sacrifice itself to try and save the others but will fail in the end. One of the five remaining will die sacrificing themselves.
The last piece dies by giving up.
Herald states that the queen is the most powerful piece. This is just a guess but Arya is the most powerful person in the group and so maybe she’s the queen and will be one of the three that will die by giving up.
The bishop is also a she meaning they could be either Jamie or Kayla.
Herald said at the beginning though that the bishop is a sniper and so we can assume the bishop is Kayla.
I don’t know who the rook and pawn could be yet.

I don't expect James to die. He's the one controlling the pieces after all. He should be the king in this game.
Kayla must survive as evident by Author's favorite, so yeah, I would argue that she would be the bishop once more.
I also expect Arya to die. She's super powerful and answers alot of situations. Also, she has a huge backstory that really weighs down on her.
And because it would screw with Kayla.
Tbh, it might also be Jamie. :/ Lost too many to continue. >.<
Ken and Zach.
I would expect the rook to be Ken. Very straightforward to stay with the only moving along straight lines.
But then who's the pawn? :/
I would say Zach but that's only because we got to know more about Jamie's backstory than his. >.>

 

I'll tackle the guy, hoping he'll stop with the fire.

 

I continue rolling, for that is the responsible thing to do.

Thomas tackles the man and the man stops focusing on the flamethrower and starts launching some punches at Thomas's face.

Daniel keeps rolling and Naomi drenches him in water getting rid of the fire on Daniel.

This fight will end soon.

What now?

 

"And what does it do?"

 

"Hello! :D"
"You have time?"

 

Get up and start shaking the water off of me, hopping along the hallway.
"Aight, to hell with this shit!" Get the normal spear and stab the fire thrower man. If I succeed, kick him repeatedly and stomp on his head.

Basic.

Although I know I won't succeed.

But it's nice to try.

 

Back to punching the guy.

 

"No one knows."

Mr. Lopez, seeming completely unaffected by your sudden uh, appearence??? is that the right word? simply says, "Mhm," outloud.

Not that loudly tho.

What now?

Thomas and the man start exchanging punches to the face, gut, etc. and are like taking turns at it before Daniel finally stabs the man as he gets punched by Thomas.

Thomas stops punching and the man falls to the ground where Daniel starts stomping on his head repeatedly.

The guy is now knocked out cold.

What now?

There's a large mess to clean up plus a ton of shit on fire.

 

"Three magical books and a girl with lots of potential."
*mentally sends the address and image of the girl as well as the books & two magical pages*

 

"Interesting. I believe I may know who that young miss is."

"As for the books.... I'd like you to observe the mirror more closely. I think I may know what that is."

 

"Who?"
I wonder if I can reverse the effects of SS to give them my vision? >.>
Or I can just send images at 30fps. ;p;

(Also, I should really be getting coloured contacts)

@Aquila , why couldn't James just take on the pawn with his bishop on move 45?
How does Herald win if he does that?
