Two voices say in sync. Their voices seem to be the same though... hella deep and low.

The figure from the behind the tree walks towards Yazu and Fera and they're able to hear another figure walking towards them from behind them.

They stop.

"Hand over the shards."

The roots continue to slowly creep towards you.

The wind stops.

"Look behind you."

No response...

What now?

 

Eh to hell with it anyways. I shoot my gun somewhere that isn't straight up and try to use the brightness of the shot to situate myself.

 

I think I know what's going on here.
All the men look exactly the same, right @Azura?

 

I throw another bomb shard like I'm playing beer pong

 

He turns his head and looks behind him.
"What?"

 

The three rings form around Fera and Yazu pulls out his gun.
Fera keeps her gaze at the graves however and Yazu turns to face the man behind them while trying to keep the other man in his vision.
"Why do you need the shards?" Yazu asks.

 

The gunshot fills the room... oh you hit a window... the sound of glass breaking and falling to the floor fills the room as well.

The sparks from the shot however don't break through the pitch black which is odd...

A singular flame in the air floats above you... not helping with the situation either not even revealing any bit of the room...

What now?

Same result.

The figure doesn't get touched at all.

A grey and black explosive firework suddenly forms out of nowhere in front of the man and flies towards you.

What now?

Looking behind you gets you a view of.... a normal street with nothing odd...

"So you listen to that, but you don't listen to me asking for the shard?"

The crow does another infamous Caw Caw.

What now?

"Nothing of your concern." the first man says.

"Hand them over." the second figure says extending his hand out.

Correct.

 

Take out the spear and shove it into the flame.

 

"Well, looking around is easier then handing over something, don't you think?"

"But what's with the plants?"

Okay I think we're dealing with a character who can mimick others.
Maybe @Tsuyu-chan is dealing with a copy of Kayla.
I think @Tisaun is dealing with a copy of Ragent.
@Linwood Welheart is probably dealing with a copy of Columba.
@BlueSlimerino is dealing with a copy of the Amzaedus clan member who used that invincibility defense spell.
I don't know who I'm dealing with.
