Oh, well I'll still blast him with my flames. Kinda hoping I could block his way out of some sort.

 

Sadly enough, the firework hits and explodes. Ken did go in front creating an X with his twin swords to block it but that doesn't stop the explosion from knocking you all back and breaking the shard in the process.

Leo looks at the girl quizzically before sighing and saying, "Sure, we'll accept your offer."

The girl nods before snapping her fingers.

The scene changes from Greenwich Village to this power plant. There's nothing odd or spectacular looking about it on the outside but judging from Leo's and Mason's expressions, it's the right place.

The girl is nowhere to be seen.

However, a young boy about age 13 notices your group suddenly appear out of nowhere and is staring at your group inquisitively.

What now?

The elementalist beats down your flames with a harsh little miniature vacuum before turning it into a gust of wind and knocking you back.

I summon my battle axe and charge in.

 

"Halt! Sherlock Holmes demands you explain what's going on here immediatelly!" I say, pointing the gun at them.

 

The air elementalist does their famous gust of wind and pushes you back xd.

What now?

 

Yazu takes a step back and eyes the gun.
"What?"

 

How close to each other are they?

 

The intruders are simply all standing next to each other with the middle one a little more forward.

 

Flames start to spin around Thomas' arms. Spreading them, he releases two flames going in seperate direction and are heading for the air elementalist from both sides.

 

If I switch places with the middle one would the sword be able to reach the other guys

The air elementalist uses both of their hands to bow harsh winds on the flames extinguishing them...

However, they weren't ready for Ezinth's appearence...

Ezinth runs up summoning a "Pummel" shard causing the floor below the Elementalist to suddenly jerk up and push the elementalist into the ceiling making their body go limp before they fall back down on the pillar of floor and earth that came up.

"Idiot," Ezinth mutters to no one.

What now?

 

Then I do that again hiding the shard behind me

 

"Nice one. That's what I call teamwork."

He walks up to Ezinth and give him a friendly punch on the shoulder.

 

Well you can't stab both at once.

You swap places with the Amzaedus magic wielder and melt the dude to your left.

"Holy Shi -"

"Language," James mutters before summoning "Enigma of Time" onto the Amzaedus wielder before summoning "Bomb" onto him.

"Numa Testamenta!" the Amzaedus user yells and a floating book appears alongside a barrier blocking the bomb from hitting him.

Ken then takes out his kendama flicking it... several symbols appearing before making a basic big cup, base cup combo. A symbol appears on the barrier and explodes completely oblitterating it.

Oh.... and the other guy next to you is summoning in a Pummel Shard (1 second reaction time).

What now?

Ezinth shrugs. "I hope they aren't mad about me breaking the floor..." he gestures at the pillar.

 

"Nah. If we get out quickly after we're done here, they won't even know it was us."

 

I run at him and sidestep to dodge

 

Was I blinded by light or the brightness of magic?

It’s the Amzaedus spell Zanetic Optima so you’re “magically” blinded for a couple seconds. it’s not a flash of light that blinds you.

Where was Zach? To my left or right? Also, where'a the entrance (behind I'm assuming?) and the way the intruders got in (infront?)
