"Fera!?" Yazu says through the earpiece.
Fera meets his gaze (if there is one). "I'm here to find out why a ton of very suspicious cloaked figures are running around the Empire State Building. Now why are you here!?"

"Who said I would've known they were gonna get kidnapped?" Leo argues.

Well I mean like, he's looking for the other intruders... and you know where the other intruders are . . . so yeah?

"The amazing... what?" Ken blurts out.

The figure laughs. The rest of them seem to follow and copy his laughter.

"Why should I tell you that little girl?"

Edit: The ropes restrict her from using magic btw...

 

"They're in the rooms I pointed out before."
I start heading towards the office.

 

"They are behind this attack as far as I know"

Zach gets up and begins to follow Tim before Ken says, "Wait, is this brotha coming or not?" he gestures at Zander.

"Lead the way"

 

Judging from the reflexes the axe wielder had, these guys have amazing reaction times so I think I'd get Yazu killed if I tried to save Fera with him.

Fera struggles in her bonds trying to create the three rings but failing. She then sends a glare to the figure. "Maybe because I'm in your captivity and can't escape on my own?"
"I have a plan." Yazu states simply through the earpiece.

 

Well to be fair, a lot of the antagonists have this ability of restricting magic because everyone's already so overpowered magic wise.

Legit Quantum overused the magic restricting hex, Columba restricted Kayla from using magic when she kidnapped her, Columba also restricted everyone else (Kayla's friends) from using magic when they tried to rescue her the first time, the Magia Tenebris also overuses this, and so on and so forth.

You following Tim and Zach, or James and Ken?

The ropes flicker a little bit as Fera fails to summon in the three rings.

"At least you're honest," the figure chuckles before turning around and looking at the view. "To summon Chaos, you have to start Chaos... And to start Chaos, you have to create Chaos... What better way than to destroy the mighty Empire State Building hm?"

At least Ijvan doesn't have to witness this again being in the hot tub.

Fera does a fake laugh. "That's absolute madness. You can't be serious. You'd get caught and your plan will fail."
However, looking at the dire situation she was in, she wasn't so sure anymore.

 

"Your caution!" I lift my finger in the air, as if waiting for a response.

 

"Alright, time to fight the Amazing Whats!" Ken exclaims taking out his magic kendama and flicking it, a couple different symbols appearing.

Tim and Zach then go to The Office....

And Zander, Ken, and James go the the infirmary.

After a couple series of hallways, you reach the huge office area... which is completely freaking ruined. Papers are on the floor everywhere, a lot of computers broken and shit, some walls destroyed as well....

Oh, I also forgot to mention the three people there now staring at you two.

One brandishes a gun and there's a soft click.

"You're outnumbered. Leave." the gun user says menacingly.

There's a soft humming noise as several green transparent shards (like glass shards kinda) form around Zach pointed towards the group of three.

What now?

After a couple series of hallways, the three of you reach the infirmary.... which is completely ransacked. The stretchers are all over the place, there's a couple explosions in the walls, a couple of the stretchers are broken, several things lay on the floor, some of the curtains have been ripped, etc.

Not to mention the three intruders staring at your group.

It seems there's just a staring contest going on... no one moving or doing anything.

What now?

(You are still at the jail area with Ezinth and the air elementalist)

The air elementlist decides to break for an escape.

He sends out a gust of wind pushing you and Ezinth back into the wall and starts to run away.

"Goddamnit!" Ezinth curses summoning a Blue and Yellow shard and swapping places with the elementalist.

The elementalist is now next to you and Ezinth is down the hall.

What now?

Leo rolls his eyes. "I guess I'm not cautious enough, correct?"

"Hmmm... so you believe in the divine being of Chaos? Smart girl. Yet dumb as well. We've massacred and killed everyone in the building.... we won't be getting caught.... anytime soon..."

The ropes around her begin to slowly tighten.

Fera's fear begins to rise.
"Yazu..?" she barely said above a whisper.
No response (Let's copy @Azura once again).
Yazu suddenly appears in the middle of the air throwing a flash bomb at the figure who talked before bringing down a knife as he fell straight down on the ropes and then touching Fera's leg before teleporting them both back to the base.
(Let's hope this is successful)

 

"Precisely!" I tap my finger in the air.

 

Hmmmm.....

Blocked...

Odd.

Suddenly, it seems as if everyone has found a way to block you as opposed to yesterday...

The rescue attempt is successful...

There however is a somewhat big cut straight down Fera's chest now because of Yazu's knife but it's concealed by her clothes (other than the fact that some parts of the shirt are also torn in the middle).

Seems that plans never always go as their supposed to... maybe next time, consider how wide the ropes are and how the knife is positioned...

Like, the cut is a small line but it's a long cut.

What now?
