Suddenly, an explosion goes off somwhere in the building and the roof shakes a little bit, lights flickering off and on interrupting the girl.

What now?

Very short synopsis of each.

- Bird Hunters -

The Bird Hunters are a group of illegal woman traffickers that sell off women into slavery in other countries.

They only seem to target females that are 24 or younger and are living in America.

None of their targets seem to be white.

The Bird Watchers also like to target female vigilantes or females working for the M.S.A.A. Instead of capturing and selling these women off into slavery, they simply brutally murder / torture them. They like targetting one person at a time.

The Bird Watchers aren't a relatively new group. They have been active since the 19th Century. The last vigilante they were after was The Ancient One before The Ancient One went inactive. They recently have been trying to target Dr. Lakrow, but have proven to fail miserably. However, more recent studies (OOC: Like 2.75 years ago studies) say that they have been trying to target and take down The Marksman. The Marksman's gender is unknown and so it is odd as to why they are targetting this vigilante but it may seem that The Marksman might be a young female. This may help in identifying who The Marksman is but will not go into The Marksman's files.

The Bird Watchers members like to blend in with the crowd and so it is hard to determine who is actually part of this group.

- The Sighters -

The Sighters are a mercenary assassination and infiltration group. However, they are more recognized for simply sniping targets from atop buildings and never seen again. It is rare of them to actually infiltrate a base but they do a thorough job.

It is completely unknown as to who is in this group.

Oddly enough, they have rarely gone against / assassinated anyone in the M.S.A.A. Although their acts are deemed illegal, they do not seem to oppose the M.S.A.A. They're just in it for the money.

Their last assassination (According to 5 years ago) was on Mr. Erwell from Order LEON. They haven't been seen since.

- The Renegades -

The Renegades is a group of vigilantes ranging from teenagers to young adults. Some of their members do not seem to have any magical prowess but a majority of them do.

Their abilities and members are widely diverse, and their "vigilante missions" are always carried out in groups of 3 or more.... usually groups of 6.

They do not seem to oppose the M.S.A.A. but they do oppose Order NIBIRU, Order LEON, and seem to hate Order LIBRA. They also oppose Fate (OOC: Keep in mind Fate was created 1 yr ago) and extremely hate the Bird Watchers and Silvertron. It has been heard they have tried to contact and recruit The Marksman since they are currently the target of the Bird Watchers, but the Renegades have gotten no response.

The Renegades don't seem to care about hiding magic from the normal world and rely majorly on the magic filter that exists.

- The Unseen -

The Unseen is a group of blackmailers, who seem to know everything that goes around in the city and the M.S.A.A.

They use their knowledge to blackmail and gain money but that seems to be their only goal.

It is unknown whether this is a group or just a single person but nothing much is known about this group / person.

They usually send their blackmails through white envelopes that have a tribal eye design stamp on them.

Their demand for money is usually said to just place a box of money in a certain area. That area always seems to be random.

- Virgo -

Virgo is a female assassin, age 17. They always appear to wear casual clothes, but always has a leather jacket on. Their skin tone is the color of copper. They are about 5 ft 6 in.

They wield knives and guns and usually stake out targets at night.

Rumors say that you can never hear her coming.

It is also known that she is an air and light elementalist which is rare.

Virgo's real name is Yumi Ero, but she's always called Virgo by everyone else.

Oddly enough, the Bird Watchers tend to avoid this assassin.

Before you are even able to get some rest, you can hear an explosion go off somewhere in the building and the roof shakes a bit.

"Shit," Ezinth mutters.

The officer nods. "As for my long name... just call me Leo Shu."

"What was that ..." Chaz mutters.

"Come on! Can't a patient get some rest."

He sits back up.
"Wanna check that out?"

 

I point fingerguns at him "Shure dude."
"Let's see if the girl is finished, shall we?"

 

"Sorry doctor I have to go. We seem to be under attack again" I hang up and try to summon the traveller to show me where the explosion came from

Reading through some of these got me wondering. Do I have any shady contacts being a jeweler that mostly sells fakes?

 

"I'll be honest. Not really," Ezinth responds sarcastically.

The teenager then runs back into the room... no older surgeon with him.

"What was that!?" he asks.

"Hell you think I'd know?" Ezinth retorts. "Where's the surgeon you were fetching."

"Couldn't find one... everyone is missing..."

"Shit."

What now?

"Sure," Leo Shu responds simply.

You both walk back into the living room to find Naomi still on the phone.

Here's the one half you hear.

"Yes, I'm not lying!"

"...Just, come to my house now!"

"Shut up Mason!"

"Okay... Bye Bye!"

She hangs up on the phone.

What now?

 

I clap my hands if possible. "Sooooo... Are we ready to start?" I put a smile on my face.

 

"What do you mean everyone? How can everyone be gone?!"

 

The kid shrugs. "I don't know!? Maybe something went wrong!?"

"Obviously something went wrong," Ezinth mutters uncannily.

What now?

"I mean, it's only 3:45..." Leo Shu mutters.

"We have to prepare... But first, we have to wait for my friends," Naomi says.

"Alright, then what do we do while we wait? I'd suggest card games, but I have no idea of how to play them." I shrug.

 

"Do you know where the explosion came from?"

 

Leo Shu shrugs.

"How about chess?" he offers.

"No clue," the boy responds.

"Then why are we wasting time in here!?" Ezinth curses.

"Because ... I don't know actually," the teen scratches their head.

I make Tigger and Chaz see the candles and say "Let's go see who's blowing stuff up without inviting me" and I run the way the candles lead

 

Thomas stands up, holds out his right hand and a big flame emits from it. A few seconds later, he's holding his fiery battle axe.

"Let's go have some fun."

 

"Works for me." I take seat in a chair that has a table.

 

"Since when was fighting ever fun?" the teenager grumbles to himself before saying, "Yeah please don't wield an axe in the infirmary..."

(Tbh, that's a thing @MistaTigger Irl would say xD)

The candles lead you to the miniature Museum.

There are about three intruders and a huge hole in the wall.

You are currently in the room with ancient writings.

Chaz summons a flame whip.

Naomi sighs and grabs a chess board from under one of the wooden tables in the living room.

She then plops the board and pieces in front of both of you.

"White or Black pieces?" Leo asks you.

 

"Black." I stretch my arms and crack my fingers. "Let's see."
