Mage/Dark Wizard Help A Mana/water Build For My Mage

Hey, as a lvl 95 mage im struggling with my mana, and that's no good. I have some good pieces of mana regen equipment, but im not sure if what I have is fine or I can go above and beyond. As of now I have

-A max mana regen Third eye

-A memento with 4/4 mana steal

-A Royal stormy Amulet

-A squid bracelet with 2/4 mana regen

-A max mana regen Aquarius

What I need is

-Any good Mana regen/steal leggings

-Rings/Accessories with good water damage/defense

-A good/decent mana based wand. (im using a lunar spine/phoenix wing)


If you can help me towards my quest of total mana regen for my mage, make sure to reply your thoughts :D
