Pets & Horses A Lottery?

Perhaps someone can do something along the lines of a lottery for horses?
This is just one example, this particular one aimed at lower levels:
People can pay for a "ticket" by giving 1 eb to the lottery host/holder
The host assigns them a number, or at least writes it down next to their name somewhere
When it is time to determine the winner they use a random number generator...
Whoever's number comes up wins

 

Not sure why you'd need this for horses, level 34 isn't that low (only 1/3 of the way there, and since the early levels are easier, it'll probably take you x3-x5 as much time to get through the rest of the levels than up to 34).
I've also been witness to some annoying scamming that goes on on other servers when players host these, then say "Psyche! All mine!"
All in all, the idea for a lottery is ok, but goes a bit too much against the spirit of wynncraft: questing out and adventuring

Scamming is indeed both annoying and a hinderance to any sort of paid lottery (unless it is by a mod or automatically done by the system)
And it was just a thought... a similar concept could apply for LEs too, i feel

 

If you want to throw your money at something you know you arent gonna win, try horse breeding
