Assassin/Ninja Help A Good Spell Build For A Rewind

So im a lvl 89 assassin................any builds?

 

I have a level 94 one but it's a mixed melee-spell-walkspeed build so

 

Third Eye, Booster Plate, Crystal, Steamjet Walkers. 2x Raging Wind, any bracelet really, Royal Cyclone/Stormy.
This build commits quite heavily on walk speed, but everyone loves walk speed right?
Take loads of int/agi, and the at least 20 dex to use Steamjets. You can mix it up in any way you like after the skill point requirements are met.
I used this build at your lvl, although with an Archangel, but it will work ok with a Rewind too.
