World A Dex-int Legendary Wand For Level 92+

    1) I like dex-int mage more and more
    2) Besides rainstorm... which is a really crappy wand imo, the next highest level lightning-water wand is < level 40. Also, rainstorm doesn't have any base lightning damage, and therefore cannot use water powders or support a player's party.
    3) Wow! My wand has tons of symbolism and lore within its ids!

    Ambivalence is a mix of malevolence and benevolence. It implies something contains a contradictory nature, yet is not a paradox.

    1) The name reflects the different roles of the two mages who fought in its lore. The healer, as all healers are, was devoted to protecting and safeguarding his comrades, while the apparent lightning mage from the magic council, did anything but protect. As a part of the magic council, he was a man involved with the deaths of those that resided within Sarnfic. His choice of element, lightning, also reflected a darker, more aggressive, side of the man.

    2) This wand also represents the individual contradictions within these two characters: A healer bent on avenging his past with violence, and a violent man, caught off guard and forced to defend himself.

    3) This wand is meant to reflect an earlier legendary wand:
    Reticence
    • Slots: 1
    • Damage: 20-30
    • Attack Speed: Normal
    • Lv. Min : 18
    • XP Bonus: +3% to +13%
    • Strength: +2 to +6
    • Intelligence: -2 to -5
    • Spell Damage: -17 to -32
    • Melee Damage: +3 to +10
    This wand has a similar name, yet it means to conceal ones' feelings: nearly the opposite of a set of clearly contradictory feelings. This wand is very much melee based, just as this one is.

    An arbitrary number, chosen to have a similar damage output to the slightly higher level wand, cascade, is 36 in this case.

    It does 36-36 neutral, a consistent amount.
    The average of water and lightning both are 36 base damage, signifying the equal split between the two elements.

    It has 4 slots so that the user can split powders between lightning and water, while still getting the benefit of powder spells. 2 slots would be too little for this job, and any odd number of slots would cause an imbalance between the two elements.

    Each of the IDs is either within the domain of dexterity or intelligence

    Dexterity:
    Life Steal: Life steal on a mage seems pointless at first, yet having a constant stream of rather high life steal will keep a mage's hp up between heals, thus increasing the effectiveness of each heal (as heal scales with hp).
    Attack Speed: Spells receive the normal attack speed tier multiplier (once thats fixed), but the wand has the potential to melee at a super fast speed.
    -Earth Damage: Being the opposite of thunder, a significant earth reduction is applied. This also negatively impacts the effectiveness of the meteor spell, while encouraging the use of other -earth items, as you can't get much worse than this damage reduction.

    Intelligence:
    Mana steal: In conjunction with the life steal, this id of mana steal (Up to 6/4), ensures a constant stream of mana whenever attacking one's opponent.
    Water Damage: This wand deals quite a bit of water damage, however, this is to scale heal, which also scales with +water damage% from the intelligence stat and armor. This increases the effectiveness as one of the premier dex-healing wands.
    -Fire Damage: Same reason as the -earth damage. Reduces power of meteor, encourages the use of different items.

    As the embodiment of a healer and a lightning mage mixed together, this wand is meant to be a high damage dealing wand that focuses on melee, while also significantly healing the user and others. More on this can be found in the Ids section.

    I hope you enjoyed this *not generic* suggestion for a new weapon in the game!

    Has no attack speed spell multiplier, and can almost completely negate earth/fire damage from meteor. Any suggestions to make it a bit less powerful though? I was thinking decrease mana steal by 1, increase lifesteal by base 100, and decrease the neutral/average damage of each element to 30 instead of 36?

    Also, maybe a slight hp reduction stat, a slight reduction to poison, and a large reduction to strength and fire defense?
