World A Compilation Of My Smaller Ideas

So, I've made some ambitious quest rework ideas like a TotL one, and also remaking some quests that are level 1-25, and also a Corkus Ultimate discovery. These ideas here are to me, smaller ideas that don't really need a whole thread describing them to me. Without further ado, here they are, ranging from a small QoL change, or a new quest in general, or adding some stages to a quest, or quest ideas that I just ran into a wall for:

• Make Bob's Tomb's Opening a World Event: What I mean by this is that once you have opened Bob's Tomb on a profile, it will be open permanently on that class. It would probably save a lot of trouble for players who need to do Reincarnation.
• Add another scenario to AHC: What is this scenario going to be about? Easy, the Realm of Light questline. I think it would work best if you are the peon of Dullahan, and you must try to sabotage Lari's plans, and then you have a boss fight with Lari, and then you get to see the decline of Gavel.
• Rework The Bigger Picture for this: Basically replace the Razorouse King with a Tiny Rat boss, since we already have the Giant Rat and Colossal Rat, why can't we have a tiny version of a rat?
• Add a quest in Maltic that serves as a tutorial for Crafting: It would be Lv 7, and when you complete it, you get access to Maltic's Gathering Hub, where there is a mine filled with a lot of Copper Nodes and some Granite Nodes, as well as also having access to fishing in Maltic's Pond and farming in Maltic's fields.
• Add some dialogue between Revan and the Talking Mushroom when you put both in your inventory: Do I even need to explain?
• Seasonal Pets in the store: Basically what these are, is that they are free pets that can be purchased and changes every 3 months, to fit with the seasons. For Winter, for example, there could be a Happy Snowman Pet, for Summer, there could be a Cool Beach Ball pet. Would be nice to have some more changes to the store.
• Add a quest that gives lore to The Canyon Colossus: I can't really think of a good quest idea for this, but it would be a Lv. 95 quest in Kandon-Beda.
• Add a quest that gives lore to Remikas and the Gavellian Monarchy: Like the quest for the Canyon Colossus, I do not know how to make a quest for that.
• Add more Corkus Discoveries: I know @Samsam101 is currently working on some, so go check theirs out when it's ready.
• Add Ocean Discoveries: This is much harder to me mainly because of the super-diverse level gap in the Ocean ranging from 20-70 (Ik Jofash Docks are labeled as Lv 90, but Lv. 75 mobs spawn there).

That's all of them. I made a poll asking which one do you want the most, so go answer that I guess.

 

why is the poll single option only when like 90% of what you've written is perfectly good

good idea except for the rol ahc senario. Dullahan never wanted to kill/sabotage Lari, he just wanted her to stop sticking to her morals and kill the parasite. A better senario would be that you just work for the dern beast and try to spread the decay, then Lari and Dullahan confront you and then its basically aledar and tasim but easier

 

Maybe Jungle Discoveries would be good too, for lore for the Dernel Jungle, Slykaar, ToL, and Troms

 

Maybe I'm working on some ideas for them right now? Maybe not.

Problem with voting all of them - it gives the same effect as if the person never voted. I'll increase it to 5 but no more.

 

1. What would happen to the Happy Snowman or Beach Ball in other seasons?
2. There's already secret discoveries around this, the extra lore would be good though.
3. Who the heck is Remikas? Lore about the government(s) of Gavel would be good though.

5. Yeah this would be hard but still cool (also Ocean Pass has lv. 90+ mobs, but they're a bit inland)

 

1. They would move out of the shop and return when summer or winter returns.
2. Yes, but a quest in my opinion would give a lot of lore to the Colossus, not to mention it's hard to find secrets on accident
3. Remikas was the first king of Gavel. You can learn more about him in items that have Remikas' name and in a book from the Grand Archive.

5. Never heard of the Ocean Pass before, what is that again? Did you mean Sarnfic or the Nexus?

 

To be honest, I quite like all of these. It's hard to pick any number of favorites.

 

I agree with all of these except for the TCC Quest - one thing I and several others appreciate is how the raid is instantly unlocked on every at-level class, and you need to do nothing else to gain access to it.

5. No no. When you get to Jofash and go north a bit you get to the Ocean Pass which is a tunnel (of lv. 100 mobs, dragonlings) to the Sky Islands from the Ocean. The only way to enter Gavel apart from Llevigar.

 

1. They will remain in your pet menu unchanged. They won't turn into the next seasonal variant.
2. Sure, it won't be mandatory.
