At the moment, there are some aspects of corrupted dungeon runes that are (in my opinion) flawed, and others that are outright broken. To start, I'm going to talk about the Nii Rune.

The Nii Rune is perfection in all demands. The guardians fit seamlessly into the world and it adds a bit more worth to corrupted dungeon keys. It is a quick extra step that helps differentiate regular dungeons from corrupted ones, and I like it.

Next up is the Uth Rune. Instead of killing naturally spawning guardians to attain it, you must complete the Uth Challenge. To begin the challenge, you must first find and murder the annoying Golden Avia that spawns in Corkus to get its feather. Then you must sacrifice the feather at one of the two shrines located in the Avos territory and Aldorei town. Starting the battle will spawn in a few waves of enemies and finally, a boss that will drop 2-5 runes when defeated. I think this system is too long and tedious, especially when you consider that the challenge is, well, challenging. I'd also like to mention that Uth dungeons range from levels 82-90, and the fact that both shrines are locked behind multiple quest completions (one of which is 83, The Envoy I)

Lastly, the newest rune to be added, the Tol Rune. Currently, it is only used in Corrupted Undergrowth Ruins, but in newer updates it will also be used for Corrupted Galleons Graveyard, and the semi-confirmed Corrupted Fallen Factory (if the same theme with three dungeons per rune is kept up, that is). The Tol Rune is obtained using the rune converter unlocked after completing the quest The Olmic Rune. Four Nii Runes or two Uth Runes can be exchanged for one Tol Rune. Not only is this a some-what lame way to obtain Tol Runes, it also just doesn't make sense. The Corrupted Undergrowth Ruins is a level 94 dungeon, so why are the runes required to enter the dungeon only accessible (unless bought from another player) after completing a level 100 quest?

Because of how long it takes to get Uth and Tol Runes, it generally just ends up with the player buying the runes off of the market from level 82 and on. This is my proposed change:

Make Uth and Tol guardians spawn throughout their respective level ranges in the same way as Nii guardians do, dropping their runes when killed. The Uth Shrine concept could be either removed or assigned a different purpose, such as something on the side that drops good items when completed instead of runes. I like the Olmic Rune shrine, but it shouldn't be the only normal way to get Tol Runes. It could just act as a way to upgrade your old, now useless runes into more needed ones. Maybe it could even be moved to the forgery so you could upgrade your Niis to Uths when they are still useful, although this would render The Olmic Rune quest without any reward other than XP, and make no sense as to why the drill was there in the first place. As to not off-balance the worth of Uth and Tol Runes, their guardians could drop less runes or spawn less often.

This picture of the map shows where the guardians would spawn:

I like that idea, but I think they would have to make golden avias rarer because being able to farm really good legendaries that easily would be OP.
