    You guys obviously didn't what Grian said in a post ages back. Dern is not a province, but should be treated like one, it is a far off land. but NOT a provincve! So the real answer is Wynn, Gavel, Fruma and Corkus.

    he said it isn't considered a province because its so far off and isolated. Corkus is an island in the ocean under wynn's rule so its not a province.
