4 Of My Classes Deleted Themselves!

that will not help this a server bug wyntills is just a mod to make server more fun and has nonthing to do with this.

 

I honestly don't know how that could possibly fix it, Wyntills has nothing to do with this, its just a mod and my classes are gone, this isn't something I can fix

 

oh nvm its a diff bug then, when this happen to me to sole problem was wynn tills

 

In the future, please never suggest wynntils as a solution. If it doesn't work on vanilla and is only "fixed" by wynntils (and such a thing has basically never happened), then it's something that needs to be fixed regardless.

 

just trying to help out and give different suggestions/point of views when my class got deleted that was what fixed it for me.

 

That's because that particular "delete" issue was caused by wynntils being outdated for class renames, leading to their custom interface not showing them and giving the illusion that the classes were deleted. They did push an update, but that was after a ton of people complained about their classes being gone.

The solution for that case? Just use vanilla until wynntils fixes their own problems. It wasn't an actual "class got deleted" moment. The game itself had no issues.

Wynntils didn't fix it for you, wynntils fixed the problem they themselves created.




Again, wynntils has never been and will never be a solution. It's also... unofficial.

When i have an update, i will let you know. Restoring those classes is a more lengthy process, the devs need to manually do it and they are still busy with hotfixes and patches, that's why i can't give you a timeline at the moment. The bug should have been fixed in the last hotfix at least though.

 

Alright, thank you for the update. Also I was wondering, can the class backups be accessed in a menu instead of a 5 slot bar? because there is more than 5 classes backed up that keep filling up those 5 slots when one goes, also the option to delete a class backup would be great. There is a chance my classes are in the backups but I have no way of accessing them because the slots keep getting filled up with old useless classes I deleted years ago.

Like for instance, if a class gets deleted and I need to restore it, how am I supposed to do that when the 5 slots are full of classes that I don't even want anymore? I just really don't want to mess with this until I know none of my other classes are going to delete themselves

 

Hey Zeer, what if you delete a class and you look for it in the back ups and it isn't there? how are you supposed to find it if you cant delete backups?

 

Ok, well this sounds like a bug fix since none of that happened when this bug occurred to me. Btw since you are here, would you able to find out if there is a rare mob called Wall of Flesh that was added this update? I think someone gave me some wrong information
